Annual Church Meeting
The St Matthew’s APM and APCM are on Sunday, 17th May at 11:30 AM in the church.
If you’re interested in how the church is run or want to get involved, here is what you need to know:
1. Annual Parishioners Meeting (APM)
Who: Open to all parish residents and those on the Electoral Roll.
Purpose: To elect our two Churchwardens.
2. Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM)
Who: Open to all, but only those on the Electoral Roll may vote or comment.
PCC Elections: We will elect new members to the Parochial Church Council (PCC). Members serve as charity trustees for three years, supporting the Vicar in managing church finances and buildings.
Year in Review: An opportunity to review church activities, finances, and building upkeep from the past year, and to ask any questions.
