PCC

The Parochial Church Council (PCC) exists to work with the Vicar in promoting the mission of the church.  The PCC meets every other month and discusses all aspects of church life.

Membership of the PCC includes the Vicar, Churchwardens, Readers, Pastoral Auxiliaries (SPAs), and up to twelve elected members of the congregation.  

PCC members are elected at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting and typically stand for three years.  The church is a registered charity and PCC members are trustees of the charity.  This means that they need to undergo Safeguarding Training and DBS checks.
