Mission Statement for the Parish Church of St Matthew, Redhill

sharing the bread of life

We welcome all
We follow Jesus
We worship God

We aim

  1. To give glory to God - remembering Jesus in the bread and wine of the Eucharist at the heart of our worship

  2. To love our neighbours as ourselves, serving God in our daily lives
To recognise we all have spiritual gifts
To offer prayer and sacred space

  3. To embrace and be enriched by the gifts of others near and far
To build up community for all ages
    To enjoy times of fellowship

  4. To grow in faith and hope
To share the good news of all people on Christian journeys being redeemed by the love of Jesus

    3. To celebrate the diversity of all in our community and to affirm and enable all
    4. To maintain our open church time
    5. To receive prayer requests
